Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy the Polish version prevails.

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is the owner of the service: Piotr Koczwara. Contact: koczwara.p@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect and why

Character memory. So that a character remembers what you told it earlier, the service saves short notes about you for each conversation (e.g. name, interests, important events), created automatically from your messages with the help of an AI model. They are not meant to contain passwords, document numbers, financial or contact details. The notes are passed to the AI model provider together with the conversation, just like the messages themselves. You can view and delete them with the “Memory” button in the chat. They are also deleted when you clear the conversation with that character and when you delete your account.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

We keep account data and conversations until you delete the account or the conversation. The “Delete account” button permanently deletes the account, conversations and your characters. Guest conversations are tied to an identifier in the browser and can be cleared with the “Clear conversation” button.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). You can delete data yourself in the service, and in other matters write to: koczwara.p@gmail.com.

6. Important

Do not enter sensitive data (e.g. card numbers, passwords, health data) in conversations, because messages are processed by an external AI provider. Conversations are not available to other users. The owner of the service has technical access to the database and may view data in justified cases (e.g. when handling a report of abuse or a failure).
